For a Lease/Rent deal : Equivalent to one month’s rent from both parties involved.Taxes Extra As Applicable.

Sale: Equal to TWO percent of the deal value ,if deal is less than One CRORE. INR,Else ONE Percent on deals higher then 1 Crore INR. from both parties involved .

Taxes/GST Extra As Applicable.

Short term let: 20% of the gross.
