Let’s use it to arrive at a price that our investment would be able to fetch after 4 years. But first answer this simple question.

You have made an investment in a house. Now you want to sell it. How will you arrive at the asking price?

You got it right!. You will enquire the price at which houses similar to yours are selling in the neighborhood. This will give you the base price. But by now you are thinking “Hey, mine is a new construction, its bang opposite to a big green park, next to a badminton court and the club is also just walking distance away. I will like to ask a premium for all of this.”
