The Office Facility is ideally suited for IT/ITES or Telecom companies; small to medium size, and is located in Sector-64, NOIDA.

The specifications of the Facility are given hereunder and include the following:

  1. Plot Size — 860 sq. mtrs. with drive way on both sides of the building
  2. Total built up area of 16,000 sq ft, on four floors; Lower Ground Floor(4500), Ground Floor(4500), First Floor(4200) and Second floor(3000) devided into Ten different module, having a minimum of 15 work stations and maximum of 54 work stations, some of whom are combinable to make larger modules giving upto 94 work stations on one floor
  3. The building is Modern construction, Park facing, on a wide road, and glass facia, and has plenty of greenery around.
  4. This Building is fully Vaastu compliant
  5. There is plenty of Parking space available inside and outside the Building compound.
  6. The Building has 140 KVA seperate connection with our own tranformer; There is 100% power back-up to meet full load of electricity.
  7. The Entire building is fitted with split airconditioners, except the Reception area which will be modified soon.
  8. There is a seperate Cafetaria, for common use by various clients.
  9. The Building has been fitted with a large RO system and water coolers for drinking water, which is available on all floors.
  10. The work stations are all wired for internet and Telephones with connectivity to the server rooms.
  11. We have two seperate server rooms, where servers of the clients can be fitted in seperate racks for privacy.
  12. We also have UPS of sufficient capacity to meet clients’ needs.
  13. We can provide computers, should the customer need them, at a charge.

The Common Facilities also include the following:

  • Total security at the main gates with suitable checks and records.
  • House keeping staff and supervisor, for cleaning and dusting of all the offices, common areas and Bathrooms.
  • We have a full time electrician available at the premises.
  • We have services of a plumber and gardner available evryday for proper upkeep of the premises.
  • We have a common Reception and intercom facility for recieving your guests.

The current configuration of various floors is given herunder, which can be modified to meet some specific requirements:

Lower Ground Floor: Three modules with 15 w/stations & a cabin; 27 w/ stations with 3 half cabins; 48 wstations with 3 half cabins.

Ground Floor: With two corporate offices with Cabins, Half Cabins, seats for support staff and a Conf. Room etc.,            with wood flooring and premium furniture.

First Floor: With two seperate modules, each having 32/33 work stations and Cabins/ half cabins to go with them.

Second Floor: With three seperate module having 15/18 work stations and cabins/ meeting rooms to go with them.

The building has been recently re-painted and ready for occupation immidiately. Following options exist for different size of clients

  1. For a BPO/ITES, there are upto 95 work stations possible, in modules of size 13,15,18,27, 32 and 52 seats, ready to be used, along with the rest of the infrastructure including a conference room, corporate office and the rest of it.
  2. For a smaller IT/ITES company, a part of it as per the modules can be made available
  3. For a larger company in other industries, this can be used as the corporate office, along with large no. of work stations for the staff.
