Assured return per month

Buy back option with assured appreciation
The Company will buy back the space after 3 years if desired by the buyer on following terms and conditions
15 times prevailing annual rent or Rs6800 per sq.ft whichever is higher
Option to be exercised at the end of 4 years
In case of fit out space,fitout rental@Rs22 psft will be deducted from the prevailing rent
Buyer must give authority to FACT to lease out the space as a part of the large pool at a return @6.8% per annum or higher on his behalf. In case the Buyer does not accept a tenant identified at such rental, then the FACT’s commitment to guarantee such rental shall end.
Will sign a separate maintenance contract with FACT or its nominated agency.
Will pay brokerage charges in case FACT helps in leasing out the space on the buyer’s behalf.
