  • Agreement                                : 5% of Total Cost PLUS Stamp Duty & Registration amount should be paid within 45 days from date of booking.
  • Mobilisation                              : 10% of Total Cost (Mobilization is completed for all three wings) – Amount will have to be paid within 90 days from date of booking.
  • Plinth                                        : 20% of Total Cost (Plinth is completed for all three wings) – Amount will have to be paid within 120 days from date of booking.
  • Slab wise                                  : 5% of Total cost on completion of each slab (in all total 5 slabs)
  • Finishes                                    : 10% of Total Cost
  • Possession                               : 10% of Total Cost PLUS CAM charges will have to be paid in advance.
